Hyperion offers a 2 Year No Hassle Warranty on all of our batteries and all other products unless otherwise stated in the product description or documentation included with the product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. In order to be covered by this warranty you must have a valid order number in our system. This warranty does not cover abuse (such as dropping it in the water, exposure to extreme heat or extreme cold, etc).

In order to expedite the process, please include the following purchase information:
- Amazon Purchases: To find the order ID number, log into your amazon account, click on the “My Account” tab, select “Orders” and scroll down to our item picture and the ID number should be right next to that.
- eBay Purchases: I will need your Auction ID number and Buyer ID. Look for purchases from InventoryExpressOnline.
- Hyperionea.com Purchases: I will need your Order #.
- Rakuten Purchases: Access your account and go to Order History. Locate the item you purchased from us and copy the Item #
- New Egg Purchase: Log into your account and search through your Order History until you find our item. Copy the Order Id.
Return/Replacement/Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. You will receive an email at the address you used to register with further instructions.
