- Amazon Purchases: To find the order ID number, log into your amazon account, click on the “My Account” tab, select “Orders” and scroll down to our item picture and the ID number should be right next to that.
- eBay Purchases: I will need your Auction ID number and Buyer ID. Look for purchases from InventoryExpressOnline.
- Hyperionea.com Purchases: I will need your Order #.
- Rakuten Purchases: Access your account and go to Order History. Locate the item you purchased from us and copy the Item #
- New Egg Purchase: Log into your account and search through your Order History until you find our item. Copy the Order Id.
